We are two Missouri lead learners in the Kansas City area with a goal of promoting positivity around topics in education. Collaboration is a powerful force! Only when we come together can we share a common vision, highlight our strengths, and help each other in times of need. Teachers and students go hand and hand as learners ... or they don't go at all. When we, as educators, have time to have deep instructional conversations about our teaching, we then truly understand and know our instruction. That is when we can really improve student achievement!
